The White & Pastel Floral is coated with 70% cocoa chocolate ganache and covered with a Sugarpaste (Fondant) finish. Sugarpaste is an ideal finish if you prefer a clean cut look. The cake has a beautiful sugar crafted border set on both tiers with pastel silk flowers added to complete the look. The floral colours will remain the same, but can vary in type.
The cake tiers are packed for you separately and requires stacking on location. The section set in between the tier are multiple boards to give a greater height and will allow you to easily stack the cake.
The 10" base tier will be a Premium Height and the 6" tier will be a Luxury Height. See chart below is to understand servings based on how you cut the cake.
All our cakes are handmade, due to the manufacturing process slight changes may occur with colours and designs to the image shown due to the nature of the work entailed.
